SCRIVEN (Minister for Primary Industries and Regional Development, Minister for Forest Industries): Total funding under the bushfire recovery program is $45.070m—this excludes local economic recovery funding of $19.352m. Local economic recovery funding is provided under a fifty-fifty cost share arrangement with the commonwealth, meaning the state is funding $9.676 million. Overall, this means that the state is funding $17.14 million to finalise the 2019-20 bushfire recovery program.
