MALINAUSKAS (Croydon—Premier) (14:30):</by> As has been made abundantly clear, the government made election commitments to sporting communities, amongst others, throughout the state of South Australia. The cabinet process has presided over the delivery of those election commitments that were best represented through the handing down of the budget, which was only done a few weeks after the state election. In respect of all those cabinet deliberations, it is my expectation that due process was followed and that's what I understand our ministers are doing.</text>
