Prior to lunch, I was about to finish my contribution. There is not much more I can add to what has already been mentioned by the various speakers in this debate. I reaffirm that issues of justice should be a major priority for this chamber, and certainly this is one of those bills that improves our justice system. With those few comments, I recommend the support of this chamber for the bill.</text>
