          <inserted>That the 10<sup>th</sup> report of the committee, entitled Roma Mitchell House (136 North Terrace, Adelaide) Asset Protection Upgrade, be noted.</inserted>
        </text>
        <text id="2022111713b4f461a67e4d13a0000107">Prominently located along North Terrace in Adelaide's central business district, Roma Mitchell House is primarily leased by the Minister for Infrastructure and Transport from Funds SA. The basement of the building offers direct underground access to the Adelaide Railway Station, making it a popular daily thoroughfare with commuters. Roma Mitchell House also provides office accommodation to the Central Adelaide Local Health Network, SA Dental service and SA Police.</text>
        <text id="2022111713b4f461a67e4d13a0000108">Key objectives of the proposed upgrade include improved design outcomes to ensure fit-for-purpose assets, enhanced sustainability of infrastructure and improved maintenance partnerships between tiers of government. Work is scheduled to commence in January 2023, with completion in December of that year. Design and construction will be undertaken by private contractors, to be appointed through a competitive tender process in accordance with the state government's procurement policy.</text>
        <text id="2022111713b4f461a67e4d13a0000109">Based upon the evidence considered and pursuant to section 12C of the Parliamentary Committees Act 1991, the Public Works Committee reports to parliament that it recommends the proposed public works.</text>
