MALINAUSKAS: This is the problem the opposition has in this regard because what they know all too well—and as best as they may try, as well as they may try to paint a picture otherwise—is that my view of industrial relations in this country is very, very different from the CFMEU's. I have a fundamentally different position about the way good IR operates. The opposition may well do their level best to try to suggest otherwise, but it just isn't true, which is why it doesn't resonate. I have never spoken to Mr Setka in my life.
