Mrs HURN House of Assembly Schubert Mrs HURN: We have anecdotal reports that there are hundreds of frontline health workers wanting to work in public hospitals to cover huge chunks of unfilled shifts, yet they are unable to because of bureaucratic delays in providing them with these IDs.
