Let me make this abundantly clear—and it is something that the Premier reminds all his ministers of almost on a daily basis—this is a government that will deliver the election commitments it made before the election. We have not moved one millimetre from what we committed before the election on the delivery of universal preschool for three year olds, and that is what we will deliver.
