          <inserted>Defence SA notes that the state's shipbuilding industry will create up to 5,000 jobs for South Australians by 2030, along with thousands of jobs across other projects.  In consultation with industry and the Naval Shipbuilding College, the short-term demand for skills are in combat systems engineering, engineering trades and technicians, heavy fabrication trades, production quality control, design and integrated logistics support, however these demands will change over time as defence projects evolve.</inserted>
