          <inserted>Whilst chief executives have flexibility to deliver operating efficiencies in a manner that best suits the needs of the agency and the government's priorities, the department is committed to funding at least $850,000 towards its Contemporary Music Program which is supported by the Community Development Fund established under the Gaming Machines Act 1992.</inserted>
