          <inserted>The Australian and South Australian governments have committed $87.5 million on an 80:20 basis, for upgrades to the Sturt Highway between Renmark and Gawler. Upgrades include:</inserted>

            <inserted>Junction improvements at Sturt Highway and Old Sturt Highway on the western end near Barmera and the eastern end near Monash;</inserted>
          </item>
        </text>

          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">
            <inserted>Four new overtaking lanes and overtaking lane extensions between Annadale and Barmera;</inserted>
          </item>
        </text>

            <inserted>Pavement renewal between Nuriootpa and Truro, and between Barmera and Monash;</inserted>
          </item>

            <inserted>Safety barrier upgrades at targeted locations between Truro and Renmark; and</inserted>

            <inserted>Five new and upgraded rest areas between Shea-Oak Log and Kingston on Murray for improved fatigue management.</inserted>
