          <inserted>The net increase of 35 FTEs in 2022-23 is primarily due to higher Super SA staff numbers due to an increase in operations, including the implementation of the choice of fund and limited public offer of superannuation services. This increase is the replacement of temporary staff who have been working on these transformation projects with full time employees (43.1 FTE).</inserted>
