          <inserted>Dividend and Income Tax Equivalent (ITE) payments made by SA Water to the general government sector are forecast to increase from $57.7 million in 2021-22 to $139.1 million in 2022-23. This largely reflects additional revenue received by SA Water for works undertaken on behalf of the Department of Infrastructure and Transport (DIT) associated with water and sewerage infrastructure impacted by major road projects. Expenditure incurred by SA Water for these works is capitalised to reflect the investing nature of the works, in contrast, revenue received for these works are recorded as operating revenue.</inserted>

          <inserted>Additional revenue budgeted to be received by SA Water from DIT in 2022-23 includes:</inserted>
