KOUTSANTONIS (West Torrens—Minister for Infrastructure and Transport, Minister for Energy and Mining): I am advised that the decrease is associated with the operating efficiencies budget initiative (reference Budget Paper 5, page 78). As part of the budget process an FTE reduction was assumed by the Department of Treasury and Finance aligned to the operating efficiency. The Department for Infrastructure and Transport is assessing opportunities to deliver the operating efficiencies, including whether there will be any impact on FTEs.
