MALINAUSKAS (Croydon—Premier) (14:29):</by> I am happy to confirm to the house that—and, again, I appreciate this might be a different course of action to what those opposite might be familiar with—I speak to leaders of industry in South Australia on a frequent basis. I find them a useful source of information. I have regular contact with Mr Frogley and his team who, like I said, I believe to be good people who don't just offer up complaints about an issue at the time; they tend to offer solutions as well.</text>
<text id="2022090656feaabeb9154f77a0000469">I have spoken to Mr Frogley on more than one occasion in regard to the MBA's concerns with the actions of the CFMEU in recent times, particularly since the activist intervention from the Victorian branch. That is something we spoke about in advance of that Sunday, not surprisingly, and it is something we will continue to speak about again into the future. However, our hope and our ambition—certainly as a government—is to make sure we facilitate productive and constructive industrial relations in South Australia, and that is what I will always advocate for.</text>
