MAHER (Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Attorney-General, Minister for Industrial Relations and Public Sector): I have been advised: From 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022, there have been 152 referrals to ReturnToWorkSA in relation to suspected benefit fraud and 5 referrals related to suspected provider fraud. Following triage and analysis of these referrals, 36 investigations were commenced.
