MULLIGHAN (Lee—Treasurer) (15:04): Given the 2021-22 financial year only concluded on Thursday, it probably would take me a little bit of time to arrive at the most accurate number, but certainly the budget figures counted on the vast majority of them, if not all of them, to be executed and paid over in that financial year that has just concluded.
