Nothing could be plainer than what we said before the election: review, release the weightings and the criteria. How hard is it? It's not hard to understand. Now the government is implementing it and you are coming in here saying, 'What are you doing?' Well, it's pretty obvious what we are doing: we are implementing our election policy. If you are going to demand that we implement our election policy, then you have to respect our mandate and the decision of the people of South Australia.</text>
