CHAMPION (Taylor—Minister for Trade and Investment, Minister for Housing and Urban Development, Minister for Planning) (14:45):</by>  Terms of reference are the original government approval for the Bowden project, both for consistency and appropriateness; the master planning and market strategy; the appropriateness of the remediation strategy, both in methodology and in cost; the economic and community benefit; and its consistency with the objects of the 30-Year Plan for Greater Adelaide, the Planning and Design Code and the 20-Year State Infrastructure Strategy.</text>
        <text id="20220505f321827c99b646b380000470">They are broad measures to measure a very, very important deal: 5.8 hectares in the inner western suburbs, adjacent to the CBD and already part of the Bowden Urban Village site, which was, I might add, signed off by the Public Works Committee of this parliament. They are broad criteria, and it will be measured against those.</text>
