MALINAUSKAS:</by>  As I have said repeatedly since the handing down of the Ombudsman's report, including in this place, we thank the Ombudsman for his report. We will take all his findings into consideration and we will be conducting a piece of work to make sure that his findings are worked through to ensure that going forward we understand exactly what the rules of the game are when it comes to conflict of interest.</text>
