KOUTSANTONIS: Has the Premier engaged legal counsel at the expense of the Crown in relation to the Ombudsman's inquiry/investigation into his office in relation to the misuse of data? The Hon. S.S. I won't be commenting on any case that the Ombudsman is working on at the moment. In fact, they were his own words to the committee, that he won't be making any further public comments. I think it would be completely inappropriate to do so.
