T.A. Franks, the Hon. K.J. Maher, the Hon. E.S. Bourke, the Hon. T.J. Stephens and the Hon. R.I. Lucas. We there received from the managers on behalf of the Legislative Council the bill, and the following resolution adopted by that house: That the disagreement to the amendment of the House of Assembly be insisted on. Thereupon the managers for the two houses conferred together, but no agreement was reached. I move: That the report of the conference be taken into consideration forthwith. Motion carried. The Hon.
