The Premier, in answer to a question during question time, claimed that the position of Deputy Premier was legislated within the Administrative Arrangements Act, a statute of this house. Sir, that is not the case. I ask whether you could inquire into whether or not a matter of privilege exists, and a prima facie case, and give precedence to a motion to establish a privileges committee to investigate the Premier for deliberately and intentionally misleading the parliament.</text>
