I think it would be very unorthodox for the cabinet to provide their deliberations to this house. However, as I said, we are satisfied with the way that we have been able to take elements of the original bill and put them into place—or elements of that bill and put them into place—more permanently with other mechanisms. There are many powers that we simply don't require anymore.</text>
