Does the Premier agree with the member for Bragg—still the Attorney-General—who informed the house in August that the extension of the Emergency Management Act powers of the State Coordinator were, quote, 'necessary for the ongoing management of COVID', and in particular areas such as 'quarantine, contact tracing and border closures'?</text>
