          <inserted>The Department for Infrastructure and Transport instructs valuers to undertake an assessment of compensation consistent with section 25 of the Land Acquisition Act 1969. </inserted>
        </text>
        <text id="20211117e626dd7c40b54f4cb0001522">
          <inserted>The authority may increase the amount of compensation payable to a person if at the time the Notice of Intention to acquire land is given, they are the owner and occupier of the land, and it is their principal place of residence. The additional solatium amount is 10 per cent of the market value or $50,000, whichever is the lesser amount, and is payable on final resolution.</inserted>
