MARSHALL (Dunstan—Premier) (15:13):</by> There was an issue raised with regard to conflict of interest, in fact, by a member who sits in another place, and I think various other people. I think that the Deputy Premier, in her capacity as the planning minister, dealt with that in this parliament. She made a ministerial statement on that matter. It may have even been subject to a ruling of the former Speaker. I can't quite recall, but I'm happy to take a look at that. I was very satisfied at that point with the explanation that had been given by the Deputy Premier, and I refer the honourable member to that statement.</text>
