I think Dr Gray in her closing statement did address the aspect of procedural fairness, and in her closing summation she made it clear that the Deputy Premier had not had an opportunity to go back with her submission. That would be offered in the coming days. Until that has been afforded it would not seem you could reach any conclusion. It is a fundamental of our system that people need to be afforded procedural fairness. That had not occurred when she made her statement to the committee yesterday. Subsequently, we are all waiting—and the committee needs to be waiting—for the Attorney's submission. I'm happy to find the reference in her document if that would assist the parliament.
