KOUTSANTONIS (West Torrens): Presented a petition signed by 60 ratepayers and residents of West Torrens Council and Lockleys District requesting the house to urge the government to reject the proposed code amendment to be applied within the Urban Neighbourhood Zone in relation to the land located at 25 Pierson Street, Lockleys on the basis that it does not conform to the desired outcomes and performance outcomes of PlanSA's Planning and Design Code.
