          <inserted>1.&amp;#x9;The Department of Human Services have an agreement with Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) to utilise the space at this site until 31 December 2021.This agreement is based on a cost-recovery arrangement.</inserted>

          <inserted>2.&amp;#x9;The Department of Human Services delivers the Transition to Home program in their role as a disability services provider. Participants may also receive services from other NDIS providers of their choice during their stay. NDIS service providers are required to comply with all relevant safety and quality requirements of the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission.</inserted>
