CHAPMAN (Bragg—Deputy Premier, Attorney-General, Minister for Planning and Local Government) (14:05):</by> I am pleased to table an exposure draft bill to reform the current powers of attorney laws and to open it for public consultation. The draft bill implements a majority of the recommendations for legislative reform from the South Australian Law Reform Institute report on this matter. This bill seeks to modernise and clarify current laws to bring them in line with community expectations.</text>
