CHAPMAN (Bragg—Deputy Premier, Attorney-General, Minister for Planning and Local Government) (14:05):</by>  I table an exposure draft of the termination of pregnancy regulations 2021 for the purpose of conducting a three-week period of public consultation until 16 November. The Termination of Pregnancy Act 2021 passed parliament earlier this year on 2 March 2021 and received royal assent on 11 March 2021. During debate on the bill, I gave an undertaking to parliament to ensure that a copy of the draft regulations would be made available for public comment prior to the commencement of the act.</text>
