MARSHALL (Dunstan—Premier) (14:20):</by>  I've got no idea why the Leader of the Opposition doesn't listen to any of the answers that have been provided. I think I have well and truly covered it, and I just refer the Leader of the Opposition to those questions. I have answered that specific question. The reason why that would be completely inappropriate is because the model, of course, is the national cabinet's model, not the South Australian government's.</text>
