The opposition indicates its support to repeal and replace the Unclaimed Moneys Act 1891, with the goal of modernising and simplifying the administration of unclaimed money in South Australia. This is part of a commonwealth project agreement for small business regulatory reform, with some additional reforms proposed by the Department of Treasury and Finance.</text>
