There was no employment expense as no FTEs were employed during this period. No FTEs are budgeted to provide communication and promotion activities in 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25. There is no employment expense as no FTEs are budgeted to be employed during these periods. There was no government-paid advertising, including campaigns, across all mediums in 2020-21 and none is budgeted for 2021-22.
