Earlier, the Premier made it very clear in his answer to an earlier question that the Premier's policy was to investigate a bike trail when, in an actual fact, on examination of the Premier's policy in the 2018 election, he doesn't mention the word 'investigate' once. We believe the Premier has misled the house.</text>
