Ticketek will have access to the BASS customer database only for the purpose of sending marketing messages regarding the Adelaide Festival Centre Trust’s (the Trust) events on behalf of the Trust to customers who have ‘opted in’ to hear from the Trust Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM).</inserted>
