          <inserted>The project has now commenced concept design which will articulate how the hospital will work, with a focus on determining where all of the hospital functions will be located. </inserted>
        </text>

          <inserted>Location and flow of paediatric, women and neonatal services will be determined during the concept phase. </inserted>
