          <inserted>Multitrade contractors are expected to complete standard tenancy maintenance in an average of 21 days.</inserted>
        </text>
        <text id="2021101282eaeb5e78de428180002841">
          <inserted>Longer time frames occur where major maintenance works such as kitchen and wet area upgrades, internal and/or external upgrades of group sites, major domestic violence security item installations or major modifications for tenants with a disability are required to ensure its longer term use. </inserted>
