CHAPMAN (Bragg—Deputy Premier, Attorney-General, Minister for Planning and Local Government): The Minister for Human Services has provided the following advice: Multitrade contractors are expected to complete standard tenancy maintenance in an average of 21 days. Longer time frames occur where major maintenance works such as kitchen and wet area upgrades, internal and/or external upgrades of group sites, major domestic violence security item installations or major modifications for tenants with a disability are required to ensure its longer term use.
