We in South Australia are signed up to the national framework, which is a four-stage framework which relates to how we end state lockdowns and end state lockouts. This is something which, of course, the police commissioner, acting as the State Coordinator during this major emergency declaration, the Chief Public Health Officer and my office are all signed up to. This is the program which is being rolled out at the moment and of course is subject to us getting to 80 per cent double vaccination for those 16 and over.</text>
