CHAPMAN (Bragg—Deputy Premier, Attorney-General, Minister for Planning and Local Government): The Minister for Human Services has provided the following advice: The transition to home program facilitates the timely discharge of NDIS participants from hospital into the community. The length of stay varies for each participant. The term up transfer is not used. 10 per cent are discharged into acute care where required.
