          <inserted>SafeWork SA has no knowledge as to whether the solar PV system remains disconnected from the lifts in the Cedar Apartment block. </inserted>

          <inserted>It is the responsibility of the Office of the Technical Regulator (OTR) to monitor and check work undertaken on the power supply to the lift system.</inserted>
