          <inserted>VUCA was engaged through a standard tender process in 2019 to support recruitment for the role of Chief Officer of Country Fire Service (CFS). </inserted>

          <inserted>Following the resignation of Mr Dominic Lane from the role of Chief Executive of the South Australian Fire and Emergency Services Commission (SAFECOM) on 1 April 2021, the Commissioner determined a new approach to market was required given the role was different to the role of Chief Officer of CFS. </inserted>
