          <inserted>The government banking contract rebate in <term>Budget Paper 4, Volume 4, page 171</term>, refers to the total rebates received by the South Australian Government in 2019-20 from both the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Australian and New Zealand (ANZ) Bank under the respective government wide banking contracts.</inserted>
