          <inserted>An amount of $4.8 million was transferred from Renewal SA to the Department for Innovation and Skills (DIS) during 2018—19 and applied as a subsidy to the sublease agreement with Stone and Chalk to establish the startup at Lot Fourteen.</inserted>

          <inserted>The balance of funds was reallocated to heritage refurbishment capital works by way of market incentives, and was all committed prior to the 2020-21 financial year, with most of the expenditure committed in financial year 2019-20. </inserted>
