LUCAS (Treasurer): I have been advised the following: An amount of $4.8 million was transferred from Renewal SA to the Department for Innovation and Skills (DIS) during 2018—19 and applied as a subsidy to the sublease agreement with Stone and Chalk to establish the startup at Lot Fourteen. The balance of funds was reallocated to heritage refurbishment capital works by way of market incentives, and was all committed prior to the 2020-21 financial year, with most of the expenditure committed in financial year 2019-20. DIS is responsible for the agreement with Stone and Chalk. Renewal SA is not responsible for administering this funding.
