The matter has its origin in a report of the acting equal opportunity commissioner, who provided a report to the parliament, including ensuring that the government had a list of things do.</text>

We have respected her envelope of confidentiality and we will not breach that, obviously, or ask her to be able to disclose that. I just reassure anyone in the parliament—staff or members of parliament—that if they have a concern they wish to have advice on, that they need further assistance on, my door is always open.</text>
