KOUTSANTONIS:</by>  Public reports today show that the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (SACAT) accepted a media outlet’s argument that the Hon. Terry Stephens MLC did not live at the address he nominated for the 2018 state election and that he was using a different address to claim tens of thousands of dollars in the country members' accommodation allowance.</text>
