VAN HOLST PELLEKAAN (Stuart—Minister for Energy and Mining): I have been advised: In accordance with the Mining Act 1971 and the Mining Regulations 2020 the Department for Energy and Mining is unable to disclose individual royalty details for tenement holders. Land tax is a state tax levied under the Land Tax Act 1936 and the Land Tax Regulations 2010 and administered by RevenueSA. The Department for Energy and Mining has no details of any land tax paid or payable. The White Rock Quarry is a private mine for the purposes of the Mining Act 1971 and currently does not pay any regulatory fees and charges.
