<by role="member" id="1804">The Hon. V.A. CHAPMAN:</by> I'm trying to guess at what the question is referring to. If it is relating to that, as I indicated to the house yesterday, I have made a request to be updated from the DPP as to what action is being taken further in relation to that matter. Of course, just so the member appreciates, but for the benefit of all members, the prosecution of these matters is ultimately a matter for the Director of Public Prosecutions not the ICAC. The ICAC, of course, as is publicly known in that case, conducted an investigation and referred the matter for prosecution, so it is under the conduct of the Director of Public Prosecutions, and so I do not make any comment in relation to the magistrate's determination last week.</text>
