          <inserted>As of 7 May 2021, the breakdown of the 18 warnings issued by SA Health authorised officers under the Tobacco and E-Cigarette Act 1997 to dedicated e-cigarette/vape stores during the period in question is as follows:</inserted>

          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">
            <inserted>12 x section 40(1)—A person must not advertise tobacco products or e-cigarette products in the course of a business or for any direct or indirect pecuniary benefit.</inserted>

          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">
            <inserted>3 x section 6(ab)—A person must not carry on the business of selling e-cigarette products by retail unless the person holds a licence under this part.</inserted>

            <inserted>1 x section 30(2)—A person must not sell an e-cigarette product if the order for the e-cigarette product has been placed by mail, telephone, fax, email, internet or other electronic means.</inserted>
