          <inserted>Grant High School is undergoing a $7 million capital works upgrade.</inserted>

            <inserted>Key scope for the upgrade includes:</inserted>
          </item>
        </text>

          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">
            <inserted>construction of a new building to house performing arts, general learning areas and a new canteen;</inserted>
          </item>
        </text>

          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">
            <inserted>refurbishing an existing building to provide additional learning areas including a science laboratory and art room;</inserted>
          </item>
        </text>

            <inserted>new student courtyard hub with covered outdoor areas for individual and group study;</inserted>
          </item>
        </text>

            <inserted>removing aged transportable buildings with asbestos.</inserted>
          </item>

            <inserted>The project architect is the Brown Falconer Group and the project builder is Kennett.</inserted>
          </item>

            <inserted>Construction commenced in July 2020 and is currently anticipated to reach practical completion in August 2021.</inserted>

          <inserted>Moorak Primary School has been allocated $1.855 million to deliver a modular preschool facility:</inserted>
        </text>

            <inserted>The facility will include activity areas, withdrawal space, kitchen, administrative support areas, toilet amenities and an outdoor play area. The building is designed to meet the National Quality Standards.</inserted>

            <inserted>Tender evaluation for the construction contract is currently underway.</inserted>
